Battery condition is extremely important. No stator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced.
Please Note:
- All electrical components must be fitted by a qualified technician.
- Before fitting electrical components ensure the root cause of the original failure has been addressed.
- The absence of either of points 1 or 2 above, will void any warranty.
- Some Triumph models have multiple stators. Refer to the notes below to make sure you are purchasing the right stator:
- Daytona 955i 2002-2006: This product will fit on Daytona 955i with a VIN 132512 and LOWER. For a vehicle with a VIN HIGHER than 132513, please refer to part # RM01395.
- Speed Triple 1994 to 2018: This part will only fit Speed Triple with a VIN LOWER than 141871. If your vehicle has a VIN between 141872 and 210444 and has an engine number higher than 183487 or a VIN between 210445 and 461331 and an engine number lower than 356142, refer to RM01391S. If your vehicle has a VIN between 210445 and 461331 and an engine number higher than 356143 or a VIN between 461332 and 735437, refer to RM01390. If your vehicle has a VIN between 141872 and 210444 and with an engine number lower than 183486, refer to RM01387S.
- Sprint ST 2019 to 2020: This part fits vehicles with VIN up to 139276. For vehicles with VIN 208167 and up, refer to part # RM01390 and for vehicles with VIN between 139277 and 208166 refer to RM01387S.
- Sprint RS 1999 to 2004: This part will only fit on Sprint RS with a VIN INFERIOR to 169276. For a vehicle with a VIN SUPERIOR to 139277, refer to RM01387S.
- Tiger 885 1993 to 1998: This part will only fit Tiger 885 with a VIN BETWEEN 71699 and 124105. For Models with a VIN lower than 71698, please refer to OEM T1300014.
- Trophy Standard 1991 to 2004 This part will only fit on Trophy Standard with a VIN HIGHER than 29156 and an engine number LOWER than 55345. If your vehicle has a VIN lower than 29155 and an engine higher than 55345, please refer to OEM T1300014.
Shipping Once your payment has been confirmed, we make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Our items are shipped from our Auckland-based storage facility or our shop, so please allow between 2-4 business days if you are in an urban area, and a little bit longer if you are a rural address.
We use NZCouriers and CourierPost as our shipping companies.
They cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and items must be signed for. If delivering to a company address, please ensure the company name is included in the address details. Please note: items purchased after 2.00pm may not be dispatched until the following business day.
Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as business days. Items purchased on non-business days will be processed on the first available business day.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange, store credit or full refund of the price paid (less any shipping costs). Please adhere to the following conditions for returning your item:
- Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags and all accessories intact
- Product packaging must be wrapped / protected before shipping to avoid damage. Do not stick anything to product packaging
- Items must be undamaged and unused
- Items must be returned freight paid (for your security, we recommend you use a courier that requires signature delivery)
- A note explaining the reason for return/exchange request and your contact details is sent with the item If you have any concerns about your return meeting these conditions, please contact us before sending, thereby avoiding unnecessary courier costs. Exchange Procedure If your original order qualified for freight free delivery, any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a freight charge.
Refund Policy Due to security measures, refunds will be processed back to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. If an item needs to be returned due to a defect or warranty issue, please make contact with us and we will endeavour to sort it out for you.
